Sources Sought Notice
The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive a contract vehicle that will provide one Temperature Control System for the Space Systems and Engineering Laboratory at the United States Naval Academy. The required delivery date is September 30, 2025.
It is anticipated that a single firm fixed priced contract action will be awarded. It is anticipated that this requirement, if solicited, will be under NAICS code 334516 with a size standard of 1,000. This proposed contract vehicle shall provide all of the items notated in the statement of work that is attached.
Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, entitled "Solicitation for Information of Planning Purpose," this announcement constitutes a sources sought synopsis for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. This sources sought notice is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.

SUBMISSION:
NAVSUP FLC Norfolk is requesting capability statements and rough order of magnitude estimates. This is a sources sought notice only to identify potential sources capable of providing the material. Information will be used for planning purposes only. Capability statements and rough order of magnitude estimates should clearly state that items meet all of the specifications listed in the statement of work.
Responses should be emailed to ashley.n.steele8.civ@us.navy.mil and by 09:00am EST 9 July 2025. Respondents will not be notified of the results and the Government is not required to answer any questions submitted in regards to this sources sought notice.
