The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) Contracting Office has a requirement on behalf of Army Futures Command (AFC) for Convention and Trade Show Organizer services for marketing, event planning, event execution, and post-event analysis at the South West Conference and Festival, with an emphasis on maximizing the Army's visibility and impact during the events. The services provided, shall include but are not limited to:
