The Phoenix Area - Indian Health Services is seeking interested Small Business contractors for Charter Air Services. The Phoenix Indian Medical Center is located in Phoenix, AZ, and has a need to transport clinical, administrative, and other staff to and from multiple health care facilities in the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (IHS). The majority of this activity is scheduled and follows a recurring pattern of dates, services/providers, departure and return times, and baggage requirements. The volume, complexity, and high cost of this requirement necessitates a systematic process for its efficient coordination and implementation.
Many of the sites visited require the use of general aviation for transportation due to their remote location and lack of service by scheduled air carrier. On demand charter/air taxi services managed by the PIMC Aviation Department is customarily used to satisfy these transportation needs.
INSTRUCTION TO INDUSTRY:
Interested Contractors are requested to provide the following:
1) Company Name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, SAM UEI Number, and Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) if applicable.
