25-IT- STORAGE-RCLONE BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICESSOURCES SOUGHT: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. The U.S. Department of Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is conducting MARKET SURVEY to determine the interest and capability of any firm eligible to compete under NAICS Code 541511 capable of providing Rclone Business Support for Rclone software as described in the Salient Characteristics described below.Salient Characteristics - Rclone Business Support Services The Rclone open-source software, from RClone Services LTD, is in use in the NGTOC Enterprise and Program Area environments performing the following critical data management tasks. • Data Backup• Data Recovery• Data RetentionSecuring guaranteed Rclone software support from an authorized Rclone software vendor/reseller for these tasks is a required operational component. Requested Rclone Business Support definition includes the following.• Limited dedicated support. Four hours per month included. Additional hours may be requested• Guaranteed response within 2 business days (excluding vacations)• Includes Rclone software maintenance, updates, and bug fixes.• New Rclone feature development. • Development priorityTHERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.
