THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY; IT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Billings Area Indian Health Service (BAIHS) is seeking to Small Business sources, capable of performing the Indian Health Services (IHS) requirement for Chemistry Analyzer Lease (Cost-Per-Test) to the Crow-Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana.
This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government is not seeking quotes, or proposals at this time.
INSTRUCTIONS TO INDUSTRYInterested firms must understand that generic capability statements are not sufficient for effective evaluation of their capacity and capability to perform the work required. To be considered a capable source, responses must directly demonstrate the company-s capability, experience, and ability to provide services as described in the attached statement of work. Responses which do not provide the requested information specified in this sources sought notice will be considered non-responsive.
SUBMISSIONInterested parties capable of performing the required services may submit a response via email to: Kenneth.Nicholson@ihs.gov. To be considered, your response must be received no later than the time & date established for the response date on this sources sought announcement.
Interested parties shall submit their capability response as instructed above. It is recommended to include the sources sought ID in the subject line: SS- IHS1515156-SB. Responses received to this notice will assist in determining the acquisition strategy of the requirement.
