Instructions:
1. To access documents, vendors must submit a current JCP DD2345 certification to arthur.gumushyan@us.af.mil immediately before or after an access request is sent through SAM.gov.
REQUEST WILL BE DENIED IF A DD2345 IS NOT RECEIVED* PER INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE.
2. Interested vendors, submit a capability statement to arthur.gumushyan@us.af.mil on/before 08 April 2025, 0800 MST.

SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall furnish all facilities, parts, materials, equipment andservices required to inspect and restore assets to serviceable condition. Work consists either Test,teardown, and evaluation (TT&E) only or TT&E and repair as defined in Section 1.1 and 1.2. See PWS for further.
