This Sources Sought notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify commercially available water treatment system using Surface Activated Foam Fractionation (SAFF) for which the system should be or is compatible with SAFF manufactured by EPOC Enviro and distributed by Allonnia, LLC. The treatment system has been utilized to remove PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) in drinking water. The SAFF water treatment system installed must remove PFAS to EPA limits.
The information received will be used by Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Marianas to determine if other commercially available water treatment systems meet the activity-s water treatment requirements. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing this information or any follow-up information requests.
This notice does not constitute a request for proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purposes other than market research. Furthermore, NAVFAC Marianas is not seeking proposals at this time and will not be accepting unsolicited proposals.
Respondents will not be notified of the results of the analysis. All data received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Government. It is the Contractor-s responsibility to properly mark the information provided in response to this Sources Sought as corporate or proprietary information. Since this is a Sources Sought announcement, no debrief, evaluation letters, and/or results will be issued to the participants.
