A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on or about 14 January 2025, 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) via teleconference. It is requested that an email be sent to Timothy.G.Humphrey@usace.army.mil to confirm attendance by your organization. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District plans to award a multiple task order contract (MATOC) for maintenance dredging within the Boundaries of the South Atlantic Division (SAD). This contract will be established primarily to serve the boundaries of the SAD area of responsibility. The maximum number of contract awards will be dependent upon the number of offerors whose proposals the Source Selection Authority determines meets the requirements of acceptability as set forth in the solicitation. One MATOC Pool will be established and result in contract awards from this solicitation. The Pool is resultant of qualified offerors pursuant to FAR part 15.304, exception listed in paragraph (c)(1)(ii)(A) and will be awarded as Small Business Set-Aside based on the small business size standard for NAICS Code 237990 - Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities. Price and/or cost will be evaluated at task order (TO) level as an Evaluation Factor in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(1)(ii)(E). Award of the task order contracts will be made on the basis of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. In accordance with FAR part 15.304, exception listed in paragraph (c)(1)(ii)(A). Evaluation Factors for Certain Multiple Award Task Contracts, (MATOC) or Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts, the Government intends to award a contract to each and all qualifying offerors.
