This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation number is 36C25725Q0402. The incorporated provisions and clauses in this document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, effective on 01/17/2025.
The Veterans Affairs Soth Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for South Texas VA hotel/motel lodging and transportation in accordance with Attachment A - Statement of Work (SOW) 36C25725Q0402.
This requirement will be competed using a Total Service-Disabled Veterans Owns Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
