- The South Windsor High School Library Roof Replacement Project Encompasses An Area Of Approximately 6,635 Sq. Ft. The Roof Will Have The Existing Modified Roof Membrane, Insulation And Flashings Removed Down To The Existing Flat Metal Or Concrete Roof Deck. A New 2 Ply Modified Roof System Installed On A 1/2 201D Cover Board On 1/4 201D Per Ft. Tapered Polyisocyanurate Insulation System. Additionally, The Existing 27 2019 X 27 2019 Square Pyramidal Skylight Will Be Replaced With New.A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Between Prospective Bidders And The Architect Will Convene In The Lobby Of The School, Located At 161 Nevers Road, South Windsor, Ct., On Monday, February 10, 2025 At 2:30 Pm When Project Details Will Be Discussed And Questions Answered. Bids Will Not Be Accepted From Any Firm That Does Not Attend.
