UPDATE 10/23: Draft PWS attached for vendor review. Due to the Government shutdown, the solicitation is expected to be posted in late November/early December and all dates will be updated accordingly.
Any questions or comments regarding the PWS must be submitted to the POCs on this notice, and will be answered via updates on this posting or within the solicitation itself. This is an excepted activity; however, not all personnel are available during a lapse in appropriations, so please all CC Sarah Waugh @ sarah.waugh@noaa.gov on any responses.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NOAA Fisheries, Southeast Fisheries Science Center (SEFSC) requires Fishery Observer Support Services in support of the Southeast Fisheries Observer Program (SEFOP).
The SEFSC requires a contractor to provide all qualified personnel, material, equipment, services, support and facilities (except as otherwise specified) to perform quality environmental, biological, and fisheries operations data collection, data analysis, and information dissemination for the SEFSC. Data quality is of the utmost importance.
Performance of contract requirements may occur in multiple locations on land and at sea from ports located in the South Atlantic and Gulf of America regions.
