Description:
The City of Hialeah is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced contractors for the repair and refurbishment of racquetball courts located at Southeast Park and OQuinn Park. The scope of work includes the following services:Removal and Reset of Stucco - Complete removal and proper reapplication of stucco on the double racquetball courts. Pricing should be provided per square foot (SQ FT ).Waterproofing of Top-Side Perimeter - Application of appropriate waterproofing treatment to the top-side perimeter of the courts. Pricing should be provided per linear foot (LN FT).Pressure Cleaning of Outer and Back Walls - Thorough pressure cleaning of the outer and back walls to remove existing paint bubbles and prepare surfaces for finishing. Pricing should be provided per square foot (SQ FT).All materials must be supplied by the contractor.Contractors must be licensed, insured, and experienced in similar types of recreational facility repairs. Please include warranty information with your quote.
