Southwest Community Center/ I.T. Bookman Center, located at 446 Randolph Street, San Francisco, CA will accept sealed bids for a construction contract to furnish all labor, materials and related costs for provision and installation of: 1: Removal and replacement with new Roof membrane and insulation: Existing roof (Approx. 3,128 SF) consists of BUR system. Remove and replace with new R-30 insulation and Roofing System 2: Removal and replacement with new exterior metal windows: Remove and replace existing metal windows with T-24 compliant windows 3.
