Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to System Planning and Analysis Inc. (SPA) for continuation of the refinement of the Inventory Decision Support Process (IDSP) for the F-16 inventory managed by the Specialized and Proven Aircraft Program office (PMA-226). Request for Proposal (RFP) Number N0042125R0054 will be issued on a sole source basis with SPA under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6 and Part 15. IDSP is a proprietary system developed at the expense of SPA.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responses to this notice of intent MUST be received no later than 2 P.M. (EST) on 15 August 2025 to James Redding at james.m.redding9.civ@us.navy.mil.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
Contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense Contract. This can be accomplished electronically at https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration.
