The contractor will perform strategic planning and policy implementation at the directorate/organization level and other high priority strategic planning projects assigned to the director by higher headquarters. This includes but is not limited to creating new organizational concepts assessing unit impacts in technical financial and morale dimensions as well as integration impacts to the enterprise. The contractor will support the development of directorate and mission level acquisition strategies, plans and concepts to support customers strategic and tactical objectives to include helping customers pass milestone reviews. The contractor will create new visions and messaging for the organization and cross cutting concepts for improving portfolio management.
