The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisitions and Grants Office (AGO) is requesting proposals for a contract to provide Space Weather Observations - Mission Operations Services (SWO-MOS). SWO-MOS is a single-award, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a multi-mission operations service architecture to support all Space Weather Next (SW Next) space weather environmental observations. Individual supplies and service requirements under the subject contract shall be further defined at the task order level. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation shall be due no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Time on September 18, 2025. Potential offerors are reminded that all communications pertaining to this procurement shall be directed only to the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contract Specialist (CS) now that the solicitation has been released.
Proposal preparation costs associated with this solicitation will be completely at the offeror-s expense and will not be reimbursed by the Government. In addition, the CO is the only individual who can legally obligate the Government to the expenditure of appropriated funds in connection with this procurement.
The posting for this requirement contains a Bidder-s Library List providing the document name and access control type for Uncontrolled and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) documentation that forms a basis, in whole or part, for the SWO-MOS requirement.
