- Sealed Proposals Will Be Received By Spalding County, 119 E. Solomon Street, Griffin, Georgia 30223, Until: 11:00 Pm, Local Time, Tuesday, October 14, 2025 For The Project Known As: Spalding County Pineview Road Paving Bid #2026-006 At Which Time And Place The Proposals Will Be Publicly Opened And Read Aloud. Proposals Received After The Designated Time Will Not Be Considered. The Owner Of The Project Is Spalding County. The Engineer For The Project Is Lja Engineering, Inc. The Project Construction Consists Of Re-grading 0.87 Mile Of Existing Dirt Road To Prepare For Paving. The Road Is To Be Paved To A Width Of 22 Feet Utilizing Gdot Approved Binder Course And Topping Course. The Project Will Include Driveway Culvert Replacements, Driveway Paving, And A Culvert Replacement Using An Aluminum Box Culvert And Alternate For A Pre-cast Or Cast-in-place Double 10¿ X 8¿ Box Culvert.
