This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested.
Solicitation SPE300-25-R-0032 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Bread and Bakery items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (“DoD”) customers in the South Carolina Zone. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with two pricing tiers for all items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from June 1, 2025 to June 3, 2028. Tier 1 will be from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2027. Tier 2 will be from June 1, 2027 to June 3, 2028. This acquisition will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The total length of the contract will be three (3) years. It contains one (1) twenty-four-month tier and one (1) twelve-month tier.
The solicitation contains one group:
Group 1: Fort Jackson, Shaw AFB, and Charleston, South Carolina
All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and Sam.gov. If not registered on DIBBS; prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. Requests for Proposals are in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The software is available free at http://adobe.com.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular September 10, 2019.
