THIS SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) FOR A BASE PERIOD OF 5 YEARS WITH ZERO (0) OPTIONS. THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANITTY IS 436 EACH; THE MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY IS 108 EACH; THE MAXIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY IS 436 EACH. THE DELIVERY DATE WILL BE 493 DAYS AFTER THE RECEIPT DATE OF ORDER. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE WILL BE AT ORIGIN, FOB IS AT DESTINATION. SURGE APPLIES TO THIS PROCUREMENT; THE MONTHLY SURGE QUANTIY IS 8 EACH. THIS IS A DLA DIRECT PROCUREMENT.
