This is a Notice of Intent to modify SPE603-23-D-5002. Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy intends to increase the maximum quantity of services the government may order ceiling of contract SPE603-23-D-5002 which is held by Bhate Environmental Associates, CAGE 0XT41. The current ceiling for CLIN 0001 is 54 units and shall remain the same; the current ceiling for CLIN 0002 is 112.5% of the total estimated value of CLIN 0002 and the Government intends to increase it to 1,670.46% of the total estimated value of CLIN 0002. No RFP/solicitation will be issued to the public, as this adjustment will be made to the aforementioned existing contract.
