Description
This requirement has been solicited previously as a 100% small business set-aside on GSA Advantage and SAM.gov, which received (2) responses whom were not realistic with regard to price and could not meet the requirements of DAF SAPCO approval to operate and meet SAP IT destruction requirements.
Based on the above findings, the Contracting Officer anticipates awarding a sole source contract to Gigabiter, LLC. CAGE: 4NUK7
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform SAP IT destruction as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall provide a truck that will come to the 20FW/CVN bldg. 105 and transport/destroy the SAP IT waste to an end product 2mm or smaller.
