Description
The purpose of this contract is to provide Wheelchair Van services for beneficiaries within the Department of Veterans Affair, Portland Healthcare System (VAPORHCS) catchment area, as defined in section A.1.1. The Contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management,supplies, transportation, equipment and reports necessary for all Wheelchair Van services, as identified on the Schedule in Section A. This proposed action covers 26 counties in Oregon and Southwest Washington
