Description
NASA/ Johnson Space Center (JSC) has a requirement for the extension of theFacilities Contract.
NASA/JSC intends to acquire the services from PAE Applied Technologies, LLC(PAE). Only PAE has the capabilities to provide critical support services in theareas of engineering, operations, maintenance, design, construction, configurationcontrol, work control, and rigging of highly-complex and specialized-researchfacilities at all JSC campuses (JSC main campus, Ellington Field, and SonnyCarter Training Facility) during the period until a follow on Contract is awarded,which is anticipated to be two years form the current contract expiration date ofDecember 31, 2026.
The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial product or commercialservice using FAR Part 12.
Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to performthe effort electronically via email to Jennifer Hoff at jennifer.n.hoff@nasa.gov notlater than 3 p.m. CST on October 7, 2025. Such capabilities/qualifications will beevaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this acquisitionon a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete thisacquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to thisnotice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
