U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property Operations. USFWS General Services Branch intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) sole source task order for a base year (03/01/2025 ¿ 2/28/2026) plus four option years under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(A) ¿An urgent and compelling need exists, and following the procedures would result in unacceptable delays¿ to:Kastle Systems LLC6402 Arlington BLVDFalls Church, VA 22042The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). The object of this task order is to have Kastle Systems LLC provide continued services for all aspects of system operations, monitoring, and maintenance (O&M) of our Physical Access Control System (PACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Visual Surveillance System (VSS), duress, temperature and water sensor alarms currently installed and operated by Kastle Systems LLC. The contracted coverage will include, but not limited to, O&M for all system components, licenses, engineering, configuration, alarm management and troubleshooting. USFWS implemented a Kastle Systems Electronic Security System (ESS) solution because it is HSPD-12 compliant and is compatible with the existing USFWS personal identity verification (PIV) credential. Additionally, Kastle Systems LLC provides the base building¿s ESS which enabled USFWS to seamlessly integrate their ESS infrastructure into the base building system. Kastle Systems ESS solution utilizes a proprietary interface that can only be managed, monitored and maintained by Kastle Systems LLC. Kastle Systems, LLC is the originator of the system that has evolved over time.
