THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE FIRM FIXED PRICE REQUIREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 6.302-1, ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
NAICS Code 541611, Zygos Consulting LLC; business size standard is $24.5M.
The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to negotiate a sole source contract extension to Zygos Consulting LLC, for Strategic Advisor Support for a base period of performance beginning 23 July 2025, and we anticipate it will have a base period of performance of 3 months with one 3-month option.
This will extend the current contract HT001524C0003, to the new competed award date/performance start date. The competed requirement was solicited on 1 August 2024, with proposals received on 4 December 2024, but is currently delayed.
This extension is to continue providing strategic advisor support functions across the Defense Health Agency for the Program Executive Officer (PEO) of Medical Systems/Chief Information Officer (CIO)/ J-6.
This notice is not a request for proposals. A solicitation document will not be issued, and proposals will not be requested.
