- This is a notice of intent sole source for commercial items in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulations Overhaul (RFO FAR) Part 5 and Part 12, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotations will not be requested.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Health Security (OHS) intends to negotiate a commercial FAR (RFO) Part 12, firm-fixed priced, purchase order on a sole source basis with Vital Group Solutions, LLC (4760 S Pecos RD, Las Vegas, Nevada 89121-6038 United States. UEI: JZ2AJ2KAZE17) for expedited sourcing and delivery of FedMed FOMS GoClinic Loadouts and FedMed FOMS MOBAR System medical supplies and equipment in support of the DHS OHS-s emerging mission requirements.
This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR (RFO) Part 12 procedures (specifically subpart 12.102(a)) in accordance with (FAR) Class Deviation Number 25-21, Revision 1, allowing the Contracting Officer (CO) to solicit from only one source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 423450 - Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers, with a size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is a total set-aside for small business concerns. This notice is posted in accordance with FAR (RFO) subpart 5.101.
