- ***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a contract(s) with a Contractor(s) to provide safety shoes and boots to all State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) Members. Specifically, the following brands or manufacturers are of interest to the State: Red Wing. And the following types of boots are also of interest to the State: Fire, Chainsaw and Vibram Arctic Grip boots.CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $50,000 to $100,000. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount.
