SUBJECT: AD CTF Intent to Sole Source
REF NO.: Spectrum Internet Support - 5 Year (Base + 4 1-Year Options) contract for commercial internet service for AD CTF.
The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS OPERATING LLC AKA Spectrum, 12405 Powerscourt DR Saint Louis, Missouri 63131-3673. The NAICS Code is 517112 and the SBA Size Standards in number of employees is 1,500.
This is not a request for quotations. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government-s requirements. In addition, the response should indicate the contractor-s size status in respect to NAICS Code 517112 and indicate completion of Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items provision FAR 52.212-3 which can be done electronically via SAM.GOV. If the offeror does not have a copy of this provision, go to https://www.acquisition.gov/ to get a copy or contact the contract specialist by email to receive a copy. Any responses received without 52.212-3 will be considered non-compliant. Further, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e., Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12.
