Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas, has a requirement for non-personal services for a Spiritual Fitness retreat 21-23 September 2025. This retreat is for the Active-Duty personnel and their spouses (if applicable). They seek an offsite hotel/resort facility that can host a retreat with the intent of assisting with building Spiritual Fitness. Requesting A.) 40 rooms in any combination of king or 2 double beds for single or double occupancy, B.) all day access for attending members to hotel/resort restaurants and entertainment, C.) a conference room for an adult training workshop for 55 people with round tables that seat 7-8 people per table with complimentary wi-fi D.) catered buffet meals for 55 individuals beginning with lunch and dinner Sunday, 21 September 2025 through breakfast on 23 September 2025 large enough to feed all guests and provide guests with the option to go back for more E.) beverage bundles during conference time. Bundles include coffee and hot tea(morning), unsweet and sweet iced tea and lemonade in afternoon. F.) Provide free self-parking for participants and team members. and G.)
