THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is being used to determine potential and eligible businesses capable of providing the supplies/services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources because of this notice.
The Naval Air Systems Command, (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, Maryland, Air Traffic Management Systems Program Office (PMA-213) intends to modify contract N00019-23-C-0049 to procure Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 and FY 2027 AN/SPN-50 Shipboard Air Traffic Radars.

3.0 BACKGROUND
AN/SPN-50 is a fully coherent, multiple beam, three-dimensional (3-D) radar sensor that operates at C-band with high output power, intended for use on naval ships, that enables operators to provide Air Traffic Control services to Joint-coalition forces across the full range of military operations in congested electromagnetic environments and all weather conditions.
This is a follow-on requirement. The Original Equipment Manager (OEM) is Saab, Inc. 5717 Enterprise PKWY Parkway, East Syracuse, NY 13057-2963.
4.0 REQUIRED CAPABILITIES
NAVAIR requires deliveries of AN/SPN-50 radars to remain on schedule for installation efforts on Wasp and America class ships. Specialized skills are required for the production effort to meet the stringent schedule. The AN/S... - Documents:
