Discription : Provide Sports/uniform Active Apparel To Include T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Polo Shirts, Hats, Caps, Jackets, Etc. To The Public Works Department, Columbus Fire And Ems Department, Parks And Recreation Department, Metra And Other Departments. The Items Will Be Purchased On An "as Needed" Basis. The Term Of The Contract Shall Be For Two (2) Years With The Option To Renew For Three (3) Additional Twelve-month Periods.
