This Springfield State Office Building (SSOB) Site Improvement project consists of, but is not limited to the following: 1. Replace concrete sidewalks and curbing. 2. Replace asphalt paving and surface re-striping. 3. Replace exterior stairs. 4. Replace exterior railings. 5. Install new catch basins. 6. Install new concrete pad for Underground Storage Tank. 7. Adjust storm drains. 8. Provide an Add Alternate for work in the South and North Alleyways, see drawing C205 / C303 and specification 012300 for further information.
