This letter Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued for the purpose of acquiring a quantity of 229 each of NOUN: Control Unit, APU, National Stock Number (NSN): 2995-01-496-3686, Part Number: 4956013. In reply, please reference Solicitation Number SPRRA1-25-R-0061. The Government requests AAR best pricing and delivery terms for the listed NSN based on a one time buy quantity of 229 each with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. The acquisition specialist and point of contact for this solicitation would like to draw your attention to some of the requirements of this solicitation along with information that will be detailed in the attachments:•First Article Test Waiver Worksheet (FAT)•Packaging requirements (Attached)•Reusable Container(s) shall be Contractor Furnished Material (CFM)•Serial Number Requirement Reporting (SNRR)•The Army Maintenance Management System-Aviation (TAMMS-A)•Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) engineering and AMRDEC Mandated Clauses(Attached)•Item Unique Identification (IUID) required in accordance with FAR 252.211-7003(c)(1)(i)The price and delivery proposed may be negotiated upon closing of this solicitation.
