Pre-solicitation NoticeThe Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking prime contractor construction services to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for project no. 517-25-291SPS Equipment Site Preparation at the VA Medical Center, Beckley, WV 25801 in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, remove existing SPS equipment and alter existing water, sewer, and steam pipes to accommodate new SPS equipment. Estimated construction cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The firm must be a General Construction firm approved under NAICS: 237110, size standard: $45 million. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database. and https://www.sam.gov and https://www.dol.gov/vets/vets4212.htm to be eligible for award. Only SDVOSB Firms currently verified in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database. are eligible to submit bids/offers. SDVOSB firms that submit bids/offers for SDVOSB set-asides that are not listed on SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database. will be deemed nonresponsive. There will be one pre-bid site visit which will be held on or about May 05, 2025 @ 10:00 am local time at the VA Medical Center, 200 Veterans Drive, Beckley, WV 25801, Building 2 Conference Room. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the site visit. Interested parties must obtain a visitor pass from Building 2 Conference Room.
