- The purpose of this announcement is to express the intent of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA or Authority) to award a Sole Source Contract to Rackspace US, Inc., for the Information Technology (IT) services used at the JTA which is a highly complex enterprise application and needs specialized skills to maintain it 24 X 7 X 365. Specifically, it requires Oracle EBS Application DBA skills and Oracle Linux Operating System Administrator skills, both of which are not readily available within the JTA IT team.All questions or concerns regarding this Sole Source must be submitted on the JTA OpenGov Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/jtafla under the “Question and Answer”, tab or contact the Procurement Department at procurement@jtafla.com.
