Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Janteq Corporation, 5340 Barranca Pkwy, Irvine CA 92618 for the acquisition of Janteq-s Super Sector Antenna Bundle (Version 3). See Attachment 1 for the Schedule. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed in Attachment 1 to this notice may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13.5 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334220. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Vendors may submit questions (via email) on or before September 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern. Closing date for submitting a capability package is September 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern. Submissions shall be forwarded to Contract Specialist Ramona L.
