- The purpose of this project is to install a new storm drain system as well as remove and replace the existing ditch along St. Mary Avenue between N S St and N Q St in order to alleviate flooding. The existing drainage system consists of an asphalt swale and is undersized for the current area, causing flooding to the residents along St. Mary Avenue. This project will replace the existing system with approximately 520 LF of 18\" RCP and type E curb and gutter, as well as road resurfacing.
