- Work To Be Done: The Work To Be Done Includes The Removal And Disposal Of The Existing Entry Deck And Handicap Ramp & Related Framing, Decking & Handrail Features. The Work Shall Also Include All The Work, Efforts & Activities Required To Construct A New Cmu Stem Wall & Concrete Porch Deck And Concrete Hc Ramp. The Contractor Shall Also Be Required To Develop And Submit The Drawings, Exhibits, & Design Data Required To Obtain The Necessary Building Permits, In Accordance With Applicable State, County & City Building Code Requirements. The Selected Contractor Shall Provide All Labor, Parts, Materials And Construction/installation Activities Required To Provide A Complete Project, Based Upon Design & Construction Work Requested In This Rfp. The Contractor Shall Also Include All Temporary Access, Safety The Contractor Shall Provide The Necessary Design & Permit Drawings, Labor, Construction Equipment, Fuel, Materials, And Any Other Items And/or Appurtenances Required For A Successful And Complete Project.
