Summary The Board Of Commissioners Of Glynn County, Georgia (¿the Owner¿) Seeks Proposals From Interested Qualified Firms To Provide Landscape Maintenance Services For 28 County Road Rights Of Way (row) And Park Locations On St. Simons Island. The Landscape Maintenance Service Includes, But Is Not Limited To, Trash / Limb / Debris Pick Up, Mowing, String Trimming, And Edging. 28 Locations Will Be Serviced 24 Times Annually. This Will Be A Multi-year Contract. Background The Glynn County Public Works Department Is Responsible For Maintaining County Owned Rights Of Way (row), This Includes Vegetation Management And Trash Removal. The County Has Made The Decision To Contract A Portion Of The Maintenance Of Row And Roundabouts To Allow Public Works Staff To Focus On Other Tasks. The Row Maintenance Will Include, But Is Not Limited To, Trash / Limb / Debris Pick Up, Mowing, String Trimming, And Edging. Service Will Be Provided Twice Per Month At Each Location. In Addition, Several Park Locations Operated By The Glynn County Recreation And Parks Department Are Included In This Solicitation.
