Request for Proposal (RFP) Staircase Renovation at Rough Rider Housing Complex Crowder College Director of Physical Plant: Jon Paul Project Overview Crowder College seeks bids for repairs and upgrades to the staircases at Rough Rider Housing Complex to improve safety and accessibility. Scope of Work  Replace damaged stair treads and weld them in place.  Grind and weld other damaged areas.  Ensure repairs meet ADA standards and safety guidelines. Proposal Requirements  Approach, timeline, and cost breakdown  References from similar projects  Proof of insurance Evaluation Criteria  Experience, cost, timeline, and safety compliance. Submission Instructions Submit proposals by May 7th 2025 to Jonpaul@crowder.edu or in a sealed envelope to the Physical Plant office. Project Timeline Mandatory walk-through April 28th 9am at Rough Rider complex Project will be awarded to bidder May 19th 2025 following our Board of Trustee meeting.
