- The purpose of this Request for Information is to identify contractors who can provide universal access to a catalogue service that can provide mission critical standards to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its components. The DHS Science and Technology Directorate requires subscriptions to an on-line portal/library/repository of standards for a variety of industries and disciplines in support of DHS missions. Catalog breadth would provide a range of standards available, including international, federal, and industry-specific standards.
