Description:
The purpose of this solicitation is to select a respondent that can satisfy the State-s need to implement and disseminate the State Suicide Prevention Plan for the Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA), Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA). This request will contain to main deliverables which may be awarded to the same vendor or may be awarded to different vendors: 1) State Suicide Prevention Plan Implementation 2) State Suicide Prevention Plan Dissemination This solicitation package contains a separate scope of work for each deliverable. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each deliverable are: 1) State Suicide Prevention Plan Implementation • Provide a minimum of ten hours of individualized consultation to DMHA and designated contractors regarding plan implementation and monitoring strategies. • Assist DMHA and designated contractors in developing a technical assistance plan(s) for local and county agencies, including local health departments, to engage in suicide prevention and state plan activities, that is in accordance with evidence-based best practices. • Provide DMHA and designated contractors with a minimum of ten hours of scaffolding and coaching on...
