Description : This is NOT an active solicitation. On behalf of the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), the California Department of Technology seeks feedback from the vendor community on its draft solicitation documents for a Water Technical Access Portal (WaterTAP). The services will include implementation of a SaaS solution, software licensing and maintenance, and optional post-implementation services. This process is also referred to as a pre-solicitation.The WaterTAP project is intended to provide a new data management tool is needed to ensure ongoing, up-to-date compliance evaluations of the large number of public water systems in California.A secure system is needed to intake documentation, certifications, compliance forms, and data from public water systems; identify potential compliance issues; support staff and management through compliance evaluations, document generation, and recordkeeping; facilitate data-driven decision-making; and provide automated data publication.The pre-solicitation instructions, included with this notification specify the steps for providing feedback.
