Amended 10/20/25 to extend close date. The new close date is: 3:00 PM CST Friday, October 24, 2025. The Reason: We have received very useful information from Industry. We are processing that information. There may be questions we need to answer and there may be questions we need to ask - for this reason the close date is extended. Thank you to all of the firms who submitted responses and inquiries. We appreciate it very much.
Sources Sought: For: Statement of Conditions and Life Safety Assessment Services Contract to support the Iowa City VA Health Care System, Iowa City, IA. The VA anticipates a Firm Fixed-Price contract, Base plus Four Option Years, to be awarded by mid-November 2025. NAICS: 541350 PSC: H343 Interested parties are encouraged to ask questions, point out deficiencies or state needed clarifications regarding the attached Statement of Work. Submit questions as soon as possible. The Contract Officer may extend close date to process and answer questions. The Contract officer shall be out of the office until Thursday October 16th, but will initiate responding as soon as he returns. All questions can be submitted starting immediately.
