The South Texas Development Council (STDC) ishereby requesting proposals for Far West Texas RFP No. 25-01.02.03. fromeligible entities in the Far West Texas HIV Service Delivery Area who arequalified providers and experienced to:1) Provide comprehensiveoutpatient health and support services to eligible persons living with HIV(PLWH); and2)Assist eligiblepersons living with HIV and their households establish or maintain affordableand stable housing, reduce their risk of homelessness, and improve their accessto health care and supportive services.
