Description:
The South Texas Development Council (STDC) ishereby requesting proposals for South Texas RFP No. 25-01.02.03. from eligibleentities in the South Texas HIV Service Delivery Areas who are qualified providersand experienced to:1). Provide comprehensiveoutpatient health and support services to eligible persons living with HIV(PLWH); and 2).Assist eligiblepersons living with HIV and their households establish or maintain affordableand stable housing, reduce their risk of homelessness, and improve their accessto health care and supportive services.
