The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, supplies, Personal Protective Equipment, materials, parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Hanscom AFB, MA, to repair and perform annual maintenance to the steam trap equipment within the steam junction boxes, mechanical rooms, and other buildings base-wide. The contractor shall maintain all equipment at steam junction boxes, mechanical rooms and other buildings base-wide, per the manufacturer-s recommendations and industry standards. The contractor shall repair/replace the traps found to be malfunctioning. The contractor shall inspect pumps in the steam distribution system. The contractor shall inspect the runs of piping approaching the steam traps for steam or condensate leaks and document findings. The contractor shall also provide photo documentation of all the equipment in each of the spaces. - Documents:
