This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the Steam Trap tracking surveyor may give written notice to Ronnie.Gregory@va.gov by 11 AM EST on March 12, 2025.The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Carotek Inc. for a Steam Trap tracking surveyor using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tracking sensors compatible with Richmond VA Medical Center's existing SAGE tracking software, which tracks the Richmond VA Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond, VA 23249 Steam trap infrastructure. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. The Government believes the proposed candidate is the only provider compatible with the existing SAGE tracking software.
