NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Newton County Commission is seeking bids for the replacement of one Steel Entry Door at Emergency Management. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked “Bid 2025-14: Steel Entry Door at Emergency Management.”until 10:30am Thursday, April 24, 2025, at which time the Commission will convene to open and read the bids. A mandatory walkthrough is scheduled for Monday, April 7, 2025 at 10:00am at Newton County Emergency Management Building, 202 West Brook Street, Neosho, MO 64850. Bids must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Presiding Commissioner Daniel Swem at 417-451-8223. The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
