- Per TGC 437; The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to modernize the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) Stephenville Roof Replacement located at 899 East Road, Stephenville, Texas 76401. The project includes but is not limited to replacing the existing single-ply PVC roof membrane with a new single-ply 60 mil TPO membrane and repairing associated components as required. This may include replacing caulk at masonry control joints and exterior wall openings, Replacing gutters downspouts and associated components, replacement of roof ladders, Upgrade wood blocking components to kiln-dried pressure-treated lumber, and Seal Coating masonry. Vendors MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 10:00 AM, Thursday, January 30, 2025, OR 1:00 PM, Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 899 East Road, Stephenville, Texas 76401.
